  We went there on June 17th 2017. We went in to ask how long the wait was. The hostes ( dirty blonde curly hair) was extremely rude when we told her that we were told wait times would be 30 minutes. We were shocked on how the hostess handled the situation: we unfortunately don't have a magic ball to pretext on how long the wait will be unfortunately. And reservations usually are in months in advance. Which fine we get. But the attitude was among, rude and very poor customer service even for a restaurant. We were not demanding on getting a table. We were just inquiring. That is all. Anyways, we ended up going to the Italian place which atmosphere and customer service was amazing and very friendly. Other locations where we haven't been eating have never EVER treated us like that. Let's just say next time I am in Whsitler Earls won't be our first choice.

  5/5 stars for atmosphere. Very interesting decor with plenty of seating. 3/5 stars for food. Ordered yam fries and $14 Spicy korean wings. The fries were way so salty we had to scrape off the salt. The wings were definitely spicy, but had too much sauce and seasoning for my liking so much so that I couldn't finish it all so I switched with my fiance. There was a good amount of wings to make this appetizer an entre for myself. This place is definitely over priced.

  First time my partner and I went it was extremely busy and we sat in the lounge area as we didn't have a reservation. Despite this, table service was great and the food (Ribs especially), are some of the best we've ever had! Super tender, meat fell off the bone and equally delicious sides. We came back the next week during the day when it was quieter. Great experience and fair pricing, highly recommend for a great meal.
