  First of all, I'm giving the cinema 3 stars because it has good equipment and the problems I experienced could largely have been avoided if the staff utilized the equipment better. Having said that.... I watched La La Land here. While the image quality was fine, the volume was too low. It is a crime against any movie, but especially a musical, to have the volume so low (I've watched it in a few other theaters, so I have a point of reference as to what it should sound like). It goes without saying that watching a musical with low volume completely changes the experience. Problem number two: there were people in the audience making noise and whispering. The cinema should play a video before the feature telling people to STFU because, sadly, not everyone knows how to behave in a cinema. Problem number 3: Part of the time there was bass noise leaking in from the night club in the same building. This would have been much less of a problem if the movie volume had been at a decent level.
