- ★ ★ ★ ★ ★Clean place with verity of different ingredients. You pick and chefs will cook it in front of you. Outdoor area which is small but nice in cool weather. Whatever you pick do not forget the sauce and a free pot of brown rice or white rice. The ingredients are weighted by chefs before cooking. 1 pound of noodle, veggies, meat is enough for an adult ($20/lb.).By ali sedighi, June 14, 2017
- ★ ★ ★ ★ ☆This is a fun place for large groups. There is a lot of customization with what foods you get. There is a wide variety of meats and vegetables. The only problem is that since everything is up to you, you may make some poor choices and produce a truly atrocious dish. Basically, don't try to experiment too much or this is a big waste of money. I really enjoyed my food though, and the staff is very friendly. Expect a long wait for dinner.By Daniel Ngo, May 23, 2017
- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Terrible! Do not bother even considering this place, save your your time and money and eat somewhere else - this is not an experience to be remembered favourably. The premise of this 'restaurant' is that you select your own proteins, vegetables and sauces and they then weigh the food and cook it up on the grill for you. The sauces are the only thing that adds any flavour and to put it bluntly, they're flavourless. The reality of Mongolie Grill is, the food is insanely expensive, it's all cooked together at the same time, by young kids that are definitely not qualified to be in a kitchen, with no consideration to individual cooking times of different ingredients. A large portion of the proteins were obviously still partially frozen and it's mostly self service. The szechuan sauce I used didn't taste of anything. When asked by our server (who only served us drinks) she offered to get me more and literally brought me a dish of cold sauce. Cold sauce in a hot dish is pretty disgusting. And tasting the sauce on it's own it was clear how flavourless it was. Mongolie Grill is just a way to make a lot of money with minimal effort from uninformed customers or those with very low expectations of what quality food is.By T Carter, May 21, 2017
